Ron Salimi

an illustrator and plastic artist for over a decade.
The work with art became for him a safe space to investigate his identity and the world around him.
He expresses the meeting between different realms of his life- the religious background of his family, his LBBTQ identity, and what he has withstood in his life - by way of an integration of techniques, that demonstrate the meeting points and the overlap between objects that maybe could not meet before. The connection can be harmony or disharmony.
